Welcome to Naftalan Wellness. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "We," "our," or "us" refers to Naftalan Wellness Resort
• "You" or "Guest" refers to the person making a booking or using our services
• "Services" refers to accommodation, spa treatments, and related services provided by Naftalan Wellness
• "Website" refers to our online platform

2. Bookings and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website contact form, email, or by phone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email.

2.2 Deposit and Payment

• A deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the resort
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

2.3 Minimum Stay

For wellness packages including Naftalan oil treatments, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required to ensure optimal therapeutic benefits.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Guest

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
• No-show: Full charge, no refund

3.2 Early Departure

If you depart before the end of your booked stay, a penalty of 30% of the remaining nights will be charged, and unused treatments are non-refundable.

3.3 Cancellation by Resort

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to alternative dates.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)

5. Spa Treatments and Medical Considerations

5.1 Medical Consultation

All guests receive a complimentary medical consultation upon arrival. Treatment plans are created based on individual health conditions and goals.

5.2 Health Contraindications

Naftalan oil treatments are not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions including but not limited to:

• Acute inflammatory diseases
• Bleeding disorders
• Active hepatitis
• Severe kidney disease
• Active cancer
• Pregnancy

5.3 Disclosure

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications to our medical staff. Failure to disclose important health information may result in denial of certain treatments.

5.4 Age Restrictions

Naftalan oil treatments are available for guests aged 6 years and older. Some treatments may have different age requirements.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests, staff, and property
• Follow resort rules and treatment protocols
• Arrive on time for scheduled treatments
• Refrain from smoking in non-designated areas
• Not bring pets unless specifically authorized

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Personal Belongings

Naftalan Wellness is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables.

7.2 Treatment Outcomes

While Naftalan oil has documented therapeutic properties, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes from treatments.

7.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

8. Photography and Marketing

By staying at our resort, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during your stay for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.

10. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify our services, packages, and pricing. Changes to existing bookings will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Azerbaijan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
